Very good

Lovely stay next to the wonderful erawan waterfalls.

We had a villa and enjoyed the breakfast at the river. This resort is a good stop for watching the erawan waterfall. We stayed two nights.

There is the one or other thing, but overall it would be complaining about things, which dont have influence on the good experience.

It was an experience :))

It was the highlight of our trip an amazing experience, just try this floating rooms, room Vs over the river was absolutely amazing place, super quiet, breathtaking views, and peaceful. Loved it, loved it and loved it all the employees were polite and kind and the food was very good and delicious and it delivered to our room which was very nice. I recommend to everyone and will never forget that experience. Very close to Erawan waterfalls, but we preferred to stay in our room and enjoy the view

great rooms ,great river location, probably very expensive for the facilities other than the great r

The rooms are as advertised and are newer on river accomodation and are well designed and right in the river. A very nice design with nets over the water and equipment for use by guests. The hotel is well located for the river resorts ,very clean and modern ,although you must have a car to mover around as it is nearly an hour from KB but close to good golf courses They are expensive rooms however when you consider the resort hotel is understaffed and the restaurant is more like an empty cafeteria with no customers.

For nearly 5,000 baht a night the 2 small pools that serve the hotel were green and filled with alge.( one kids pool remained with 4 Russian tourists camped in ti )...wrote an email to management ..no reply ( i would have asked but saw 2 staff members in 3 days ...remarkable but true .The hotel seemed to be pumping in chlorine non stop. All the river resorts are very tightly packed together and the thai karaoke was on in the room 10 meters away until 2am ...be warned ha ha ( singing was not great either )

A really good bed and the scenery of the river during diner was really nice

They have a cat and it was in our balkon, by the swimmingpool and also by diner and breakfast. We dont like it and every time the cat was in our space.

Impossible to move if you don't have your own car. There are no taxis, minivans or buses in the area. Yet at the time of booking on booking it appeared that there was a minibus to move around the beautiful structure.

Great facility meeting expectation. Improve food!

The dinner and breakfast are poor, need to improve, otherwise really bring down the overall standard - change chef and cooks! Basic Thai soup was watery without taste. Breakfast concept should change

I may come back for another stay.

The breakfast was exceptional, a big surprise, and right on time. Though I struggled to communicate with staff owing to the language, they demonstrated effective use of Google translator and one of the staff was familiar with English.

A little bit of heaven

Perfect resort to relax for a few days . Very chilled place, great swimming pools . Floating villas right on the river . Very peaceful , great to have a few days to chill after back packing around Vietnam , Cambodia , Laos and Thailand . Fern and all the staff are very attentive and we couldnt praise them highly enough . Nothing is too much trouble . Dinner on both occasions was excellent and the breakfast is just perfect . A perfect place to stay .
