Unit is breaking down

Location was great

The management company (Vacasa) never addressed my concern about the unlockable patio door. I was told someone would fix the issue, but every time I followed up, I was given a "were working on it" response. The patio is easily accessible from outside the unit, and this is a huge safety concern. Along with the patio door not functioning properly, many other things in the unit were broken. It appeared that Upkeep to prevent and fix wear and tear is not being done. The refrigerator is rusting on the sides, and the ice maker and water dispenser do not work. The bedframe in the master is broken and is being held up with pieces of wood. The photo does not show the extent of how badly the bedframe is broken. This frame wouldn't hold up anyone who weighs above average. The closet door in the master is not working properly. It is off the slide completely. The shower rod and hooks in the master are rusted and dirty. You can't twist open the blinds in the master bedroom. The patio furniture is badly rusted. The kitchen sink drains very slowly. The dryer for your clothes takes 2 to 3 cycles to completely dry the items (high heat 70 min. Was the setting I used). If you need to use the pull out sofa, you can't because that is broken too. And lastly the floors were dirty. After putting a towel down in the bathroom before my shower, i would pick it up, and the towel would have black streaks and grime all over it. I suggest staying in a similar unit because the location is great but try a different booking and vacation management company. A local one probably addresses concerns promptly and upkeep the units they manage. Unless this place is supper cheap in comparison, I would stay somewhere else.

The dryer took forever to dry at one time the toilet wouldnt stop running and the ice maker was obnoxiously loud also I had a few questions before my stay and I emailed cascade and never got a reply

Great place!

Nice condo close to beach and restaurants also 2 blocks from shopping.

Nothing major only thing the remote to the living room area didnt work the tv. Never found the right one but there were two more tvs so it wasnt a big deal.

Overall we had a wonderful experience and would stay here again!

You can see the beach from the porch and the beds were super comfy! There was plenty of room in the dining room and living room and the kitchen was very nice as well!

The sliding glass door to the porch did not lock. The water pressure in the hall bathroom was terrible and the toilet kept running.

The code not working and it taking almost 4 hours to get in the room. The ice maker did not work and there were food crumbs in pans from previous tenants. Extra food left in cabinet from previous tenants. Master bedroom floor was gritty from sand or dirt.

We were ripped off!

Dirty. Entrance was covered in bird feces. Construction workers in unit above us made our stay unbearable from all the noise. The workers even had the nerve to take my parking space.

I will never rent a place managed by that rental agency again.

I will start by saying that the location and condo were beautiful.

When we arrived Wednesday evening and got back from dinner we noticed that the floors were nasty and you could not take your shoes off without the bottoms turning black. There was a broom but no mop. I called the rental agency the next morning and it took over two hours for them to bring one. And another hour after for two of us to sweep and mop the whole place. On Thursday evening the air conditioner stopped blowing cold air. I called the agency again and they did not offer to send anyone out that night. We had to wait all day Friday for someone to come to fix it. We were not offered other accomodations. The air was finally fixed at 7 Friday evening. The property manager nor the agency called to make this right. We had to rearrange our plans to accommodate them because we did not feel comfortable with strangers being alone with our belongings.
