Perfect stop off

It was exactly what we needed. Comfy & quiet sleep and very close to the ferry port. The staff were great helping us find the port.

It's a bit of a dead place but we weren't there for the vibes of the town

Very good

The staff is friendly even though they barely speak English. Its close to the harbor.

It has nothing to do with the hotel, but it is hard to find restaurants or cafe nearby, because all the places close when the ferry trips end.

Disappointing

not so happy with our stay.

Room are really big, comfortable for sleep. close to the Port.

staff cant speak in English, we feel so helpless during our stay. During the night we stay, we try to ask room service after 11pm , no body pick up the call, so that I try to go lobby find some help, and release they close the main gate of hotel, feel quite bad with this, because me n my husband imagined that if having fire case or something bad happens, we couldn't leave the building at all.

Disappointing

The location was good and the shower

The fact we had to pay in cash without being told first The receptionist did not provide a receipt and struggled to communicate effectively with us. The fridge still had half drunk milo from previous guests and the value for money was not adequate

Friendly staff

The staff was friendly.

It was not hygienic. The bedsheets had stains on them. Although the location appears good, it takes a long time to get to the other side of the marina. It all seemed also very dead.
