Rooms are comfortable and the staff is nice and warm. Best thing was the bathtube on the balcony.

Only thing i would change about the room would be to put something to cover the balcony from the upper rooms. It would add some needed privacy (given the bathtube on the balcony)

Very good

Very nice little hotel. We got a free room upgrade so we were especially happy. The location is good, and you can rent a scooter directly from the hotel to drive around. It is clean and has everything you would need. I recoomend it to everyone

The only improvement that could be done is the breakfast, they mainly only serve soups in the morning and toast with egg which for internationals might not be the best. a little pencake or something sweet could be nice. despite this i would still recommend

Location is in the part of Halong where you van not do anything, far from the beaches

We liked that the room was clean, big and comfortable

The staff is okay, but the friendliness could be better. especially the basics of etiquette such as greeting.

We enjoyed our 1 night stay at Draha Halong. Rooms were clean and any problem was rectified immediately. Thankyou to the beautiful staff for helping us with Taxi and information.

Location was quite a way from the harbour though a taxi was cheap enough @ 125.000 dong

Good accommodation, friendly staff

The property is really pretty and our room was very nice. The staff was really friendly and helpful and the boat tour is really nice! Everything is explained in detail so there should be no surprises on your stay.

The bathroom is beautiful, but the water gets everywhere. Meaning, even though there was glass separating the toilet and shower they would still both get wet. For breakfast you get an amount that you can spend in the restaurant. This is not a lot, so youll have to pay extra.

A pleasant hotel in a quiet location.

The hotel is in a nice location close to some pleasant coffee shops and waterfront. Its a little way from the main strip but this means it relatively quiet.

The windows were open when I arrived and it smelt like cigarette smoke.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff

Very friendly and super helpful staff who helped us with a money transfer, transportation and more. Nice room with filled minibar, located in a calm area in walking distance to the sea.

Unfortunately our room was facing the wall of another building so we havent had a view. Also the walls/doors were thin so we could hear noises from the other rooms. However, all in all a very good hotel.
