Oke, but not terrific

breakfast was oke. location was splendid: right in the center. Since there was a short of staff there was no possibility to dine in. But the guesthouse at the back has very fine food.

Our fridge wasn't working. Temperature outside was hot, so a little hard to get a cold beer. The lady arranged this for us, but the beer was brought at 21.30 hrs. A bit late compared to our busy scedule........ :(

Superb

A good place for a stopover.

Very good central village location in a quiet street - as it was closed at the far end when I was there. Free parking is nearby. Room was nice, quiet and finished to a good standard. Female staff was welcoming.

You have to negotiate some stairs, so if you have heavy luggage and your room is high, it could be a challenge. Otherwise- all good.

Great choice - even for Heidelberg visitors.

Hotel has great styling, very nice and big room, many pillows for better sleep, tasty breakfast.

Nothing - all well done. Just a bit uncomfortable parking but this is easy to understand in the middle of old city.

Really nice hotel and great service

The restaurant was closed, but they still prepared a simple meal for us, which was great, as we were travelling with an old dog, that we did not want to leave alone. Beautiful hotel and very nice room.
