Clean and decent sized room, good spread for breakfast!

It was very dark and foggy when we arrived, we could not identify where the carpark entrance to the hotel was.

Fabulous hotel with amazing views

Beautiful hotel located on a hilltop overlooking Heidelberg and next to the cliff railway. Nice large comfortable room, excellent breakfast, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar is a nice place to enjoy a few drinks as well.

Beautiful location and super clean rooms

Quite a few of the staff seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming. We had staff come to our room three times during our stay for one night only.

Room was ok. I liked the hotel but what a disaster. There was horrible DJ music playing till 12 in the night and I could feel the every bit of it in my room on the top floor. It was the worst feeling Called reception tons of time but no response. How can you play such a horrible music so loud till 12. What about ye guest who wanted a peaceful night

LOVE being atop the mountain and right on the funicular route to the castle! Loved so close to the towns many small Christmas markets! With the snowy weather it made for beautiful pictures!

Would like to see bar soap and washcloths in the bathroom. Would also like to have flat bottle waters in the room as well as more warm meats on breakfast buffet.

A wonderful experience.

Fabulous location, immaculate, lovely staff. Great room with a very comfortable bed. The snow and the Christmas decs made it even more magical. If you stay, be sure to take the funicular railway from outside the hotel, down the mountain to Heidelberg old town. It was great fun!

Loved room, breakfast and location! Literally everything was perfect and what we wanted. Loved the little care package we got the day we left too!

Pillows were way too soft. We wished for firmer pillows.

Everything looks very new, nice and clean. The position including the view is nice (and cable car right outside). The sauna is really nice and with long opening hours. The breakfast was very rich and the staff extremely helpful and attentive
