Exceptional

My fiance and I went with our 2 dogs and it was exactly what we needed. Away from the city rush, but not too secluded. The city was minutes away where there was an abundance of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. Staff was very attentive and helpful. The airplane in the backyard was a unique experience.

Purely magical and enthralling and exactly suited to us.

Just such a unique property! Worth the extra drive from Lake Placid, so much thought was put into all of the details, including the welcome bag and amenities. I loved the fully stocked kitchen, hot tub, Netflix, bathroom, bed, literally everything. Would definitely return to this or another of your properties.

I mean the hot tub took around 5 hours to warm up but we were warned and it was a fun exercise in patience. I had to call to get wood brought out, but they were super quick. The top bed support was broken, dont think we did that.

Never stayed. Want a refund.

Never stayed at this cabin. No fine print noted about pets over 25lbs on booking.com. Asked to pay extra for pet over 25lbs considering it was 1 day before check in and a holiday weekend. Asked for partial or full refund and was denied. Not happy with Trekker. The least they could have done was refunded money for a cabin I never stayed in due to pet restrictions. Will never use this company again.
