We would recommend this hotel just for the friendly staff and the beautiful sitting areas.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and there were plenty of places to just sit and enjoy the beauty of the holiday season. The staff was extremely friendly and always greeted you with a kind word and asked if they could do anything for you.

The beds were a little firm which made sleeping a bit disappointing. Also there was a vent right outside our window which at times seemed to smell.

Good, excellent all the way around besides the pizza place next door is outrageous

Window screen was about to fall off tried to fix it and couldnt, window doesnt open that far. Other then that no real complaints

Great stay, would stay again!

Our room was perfect, it had everything we were looking for. It had a view of the lake and a balcony. The staff were great and the room was clean. Would stay again.

The drinking glasses were dirty in the room and the bathroom, so house keeping could be more aware of details.

Beautiful lodge like feel in a gorgeous setting.

The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We enjoyed the coffee shop and bar and stopped by each day of our trip. All the employees we encountered were genuinely nice and helpful and engaged.

My husband and I both found the pillows too thin and uncomfortable. That is my only negative. Everything else about the hotel was wonderful.
