Property was generally and clean except the bed linen and kitchen.

Bed linen and kitchen can be maintained better. The staff did not give toiletries. The staff may need some training to serve better

Small room, exorbitant rates, no hot water in the evening (had to get it in buckets), staff not professional, room was unclean, bathroom not good either, no WiFi. In a word, PATHETIC......

I recently had the misfortune of staying at a hotel that left a lot to be desired. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Here are some of the reasons why:

Bad room service: The room service was terrible. They took forever to respond to my requests, and when they did, they got my order wrong. It was clear that they were not interested in providing good service. No special bed for kids: I specifically asked for a special bed for my kids, but the hotel failed to provide one. My kids ended up sleeping on the floor, which was extremely uncomfortable for them. No cleanliness: The hotel was not clean at all. The floors were dirty, and the room had a musty smell. It was clear that they didn't care about maintaining a clean environment for their guests. Not proper breakfast: The breakfast was terrible. There was hardly any variety, and the food was stale and unappetizing. It was clear that they had no regard for the quality of their food. Toilets are not clean: The toilets were not clean at all. There was dirt and grime everywhere, and the smell was unbearable. It was clear that the hotel did not prioritize hygiene and cleanliness. Food ordered from roadside junk food vans no proper kitchen: The hotel didn't even have a proper kitchen. They ordered food from roadside junk food vans, which was unhygienic and tasted terrible. It was clear that they didn't care about the quality of the food they served their guests.

Very bad experience with the heavy room rent. Dirty room, lack of profeswionalism.

Frankly i didnt like anything there , because keeping high rent without providing proper facilities are same like looting. No hot water at night time, need to wait till morning to get hot water in bathroom, Room is not safe to keep valuables because its a normal stone age door lock anyone can break easily. You dwel difficult to use the bed and bed sheet due its quality and smell.

Room , bed sheet , mattress, toilet, wash basin and door lock everything dirty to use.
