This is the best place in nature resorts in Kandy. The experience at Ayurveda SPA is superb. They had an experienced and well-trained staff for that.

But the room facilities are not quite good. The beds are not comfortable. There weren't experienced staff in reservations.

We are making a point to thank Mr Chamonda ranaainghe who had the courtesy to sit down with us during the dinn er time..

We enjoy the hospitality rendered by the staff. We enjoyed the food especially the local dishes.we also enjoyed the Ayurveda spa, making sure to give special thanks to Dr Kahaduwa, Mr Thusitha and Mrs liyanage. You as a team did a great job. Our especial thanks to the Chef Debahapuwa who went out of his way to make the vegetable porridge and the prowl dish.

Breakfast was continental and was alright. Room felt a bit cramped although the size was really big - the lighting could have been better in the rooms. Has an eco friendly gym and plenty of place to walk around.

The bathroom had a big tub in which you had to take a shower and the window of the bathroom is at the corridor.

The location was lovely .resort was lovely.

They need alot of improvement in their service.the rooms are just ok. The ayurvedic spa facilities are highly priced but no value for money. Not much to do on the property. After 10 pm everything is closed.even if you wish to order water or drinks,you can't find anyone.

Some facilities are lack of in condition in the room. As a example TV is not working properly.

It was a good stay. The staff was friendly and the property was very calm and the stay was relaxing

The property was spacious and very calm

we had two single beds put together and the floor wasnt cleaned when we walked in to the room but they cleaned it when we requested. The food was tad bit spicy for my liking
