Vienna is beautiful, the Christmas markets amazing! The apartment really good, I would go back again

The place was in a nice neighborhood, very close to public transportation, it takes no more than 20 minutes to reach to the city center. The host was very cooperative. The room was very good for a couple of nights. It has the basic required items, especially that we left in the morning and came back late at night. It was warm and the beds were comfortable. I would stay there again when I come back to Vienna.

Everything was good. Maybe a microwave would be a good addition for heating snacks, but nothing else.

The place is nice. Very close to metro.3 stops from the center. The room on the roof is very delicate but it need a lot of small things to improve it.

Bad bed with two very small duvets like strumfs! Bad pillow, bad matres, bad door to toilet with holes , electric hole without protection.. If they fix it the room is fantastic.

The place is reasonably close to the a metro station.

A wardrobe was missing, even if there was enough space for one. You risk to not have places to put clothes on, especially in winter. A bathroom carpet and an hairdryer would also be some good things to add to add.

It was a total waist of time to book it, requested a full refund for misleading advert!

Poor customer service, and lack of any level of German or English that is required to run a property rental business. Poorly decorated room, dirty floor covered with other people's body hair and such, badly washed kitchen equipment. It was a total waste of time to even book it or to take my time to travel to the location of the property. I left after 10 minutes of taking over the apartment. I was furious and felt scammed by the misleading property description and everything else that the owners ''feed you with'' just to take their worthless property out. I reported to Booking.com, I have high hopes that they are willing to refund the full amount after a highly unhappy customer complains.

Almost everything was good. The room was clean, the bathroom and toilet were clean. The necessary items for accommodation such as pots, pans, etc. were available. There were a few small problems. First, the bed was too small for two people. And two single sheets were used for a double bed, which made it difficult to arrange the bed. Secondly, the weather was very cold and there were two very thin single blankets for heating, which were not enough at all, After informing us, they gave us an extra single blanket, which was still not comfortable for two people. The sink in the toilet was not emptying, which was fixed after informing. Overall it wasn't a bad experience but I thought it was a bit expensive. The location of the place was great

It was fine

The self-check-in was easy. The apartment had all I needed. The bed was comfortable for one person. Close to a U4 metro station and Billa. a good cafe just around the corner.

I had a street view room and it was noisy from around 6:30 am. Have ear plugs. More attention to cleaning the drains must be paid.
