The hotel suite was wonderful with nicely decorated rooms, ample space, and comfortable amenities. The breakfast buffet was delicious and there was secure underground parking. However, there were som (Read More)e noise issues with construction workers and a loud neighboring suite. The staff received praise, specifically Leketa and Dominic, for their exceptional service and helpfulness. Overall, the hotel offered good value and the reviewers would stay there again.

Our stay was very enjoyable.

We loved the location, and the room! The room was very clean and nice. The location was very close to many restaurants, bars and clubs. The room felt homey and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating!

Sleep with clothes on

Was in the cities for a concert, stayed up late with the impression Id get to sleep in, considering check out is at noon. Wrong. House keeping keeping entered our room at 8:30am to clean it???? WHAT. An hour later they are knocking AGAIN. I go down to the front desk and ask why they entered the room and continue to knock. She asked if we put up a DND thing on the door? 1. We werent provided one 2. Never in my life have I had this situation occur Super weird . Heard other guest talking about the same experience . So FYI

Disappointing

The location is great.

We booked a suite for a family of four but the sofa bed was not prepared when we arrived. We had to figure out how to unfold it, ask for the linen and duvet at the reception and prepare it ourselves. The sofa had a very thin mattress and was very uncomfortable. The same suite for two people using the queen size bed would have been OK but we cannot recommend booking for four people.

Superb

Overall, great stay, I would recommend.

Perfect location, spacious for a studio, friendly staff.

During breakfast the hot dishes tend to run out quickly during any kind of rush, took a bit of time to replenish.

Rock solid stay
