BEWARE of BED BUGS! Our stay was very uncomfortable comfortable due to the need to transfer to different rooms at 10PM d

Location

We moved to 3 rooms in one night because the heating doesnt work in the first room. The second room is infested with bedbugs. I was bitten and its good that my son immediately googled the type of bug and we recognized it as bedbugs. The third room is fine but the window has no view.

Very good

Great value for mone in a great location

Great location - quiet but central, still has traces of past luxury and grandeur, very clean, comfortable beds. Off-season was unbeatable in price!

Nothing really... It is obvious that the place used to be at a different luxury level, but as it is it's great for a quick stay!

Good location, tiny room, great staff.

The location is excellent, close to everything in old Toledo. I even had a lovely view out of my window. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was impeccable and up to date. The closet was clean and spacious for a room that size.

The room was tiny. The bed took up most of the space, and it was easier to climb over the bed to reach the window than to squeeze through the narrow space between the bed and the built-in closet. The only way out of bed in the morning was by the foot of the bed, not by the sides. There was no desk or table, so the only place to sit was the bed itself, which is not optimal. Not for the claustrophobic.
