Amazing Stay and so different to other accommodation

That it was spacious, quiet location great for larger families and 3 toilets. Lovely lots of Titanic information on the walls. Clean Comfy beds. Loved the grand staircase behind the bar.

Door didnt open on arriving but maintenance man opened it and was aware. Also lot of the blinds were broken especially in first class. Toilets took a long time to clear but understand its macerated pump. Also time leak in 1st class have texted the owner to make aware just small things we had a fab stay.

Lost at sea....

It was a novel location. We are from Liverpool, so we knew what to expect. The boat itself is a great venue...but needs improvement in cleanliness and presentation.

The boat itself is a great venue...but it was totally let down by the cleanliness, tattiness and lack of electricity. The bedding is very creased and the place needs a deep clean. We booked for my sister's hen night. Dropped our bags, had a drink and left for another venue. When we came back the electricity wouldn't work, so our night was cut short. Off site owner tried to blame us for the problem when I asked for a part refund (which we still haven't had). Now I am being ignored. Owner manages at arms length so difficult to contact when there is a problem..

Great location. Very clean. Looking a little tired.

Location was fantastic for the OVO arena. We walked each day and it took circa 15 - 20 mins Lovely marina bar. People very friendly Living area large and we were able to chill each evening comfortably ( 5 of us ) before going out. Very clean accommodation. Hot showers

We could not get the boat to lock on the main door before leaving each evening and had to leave open. We had nothing of value to steel so not a big issue. The marina area also fairly secure. Owner was in contact and told us to " be firm " unfortunately no matter how firm we were we still couldn't get it to lock. 2nd Class bedroom toilet did not flush well. 2nd class bedroom had no blinds on the window. Managed to restrict early morning light with a pillow wedged in front of it.
