Superb

Overally great! Great location, luxurious feel of the room, free wifi. The downsides are nitpicks.

Best location possible, right between the old town and city center. We got a free upgrade and the room was really great, almost luxurious, with a great view.

No breakfast/restaurant directly at the facilities (but plenty in the area). The bathtub looked great but was too small for even a single person (but there was a shower as well).

The location was very good near the Old Town. The room was spacious and the towels were changed every morning. The room was very quiet.

The room was a bit cold. The room and the bathroom weren't very clean. For the price in the area I excepted a bit more. No lift but it wasn't a problem for us.

My best accommodation in Warsaw

The place is in the city center, in ancient buildings. The room was enough big with fridge, kettle, tea/coffee/water, safe, iron (!) and even with the white bathrobe. Its so pretty

The dog cost is a lil bit overpriced (22 euro) but dog was allowed (it is a most important condition for me because my dog is everywhere with me)

Everything was great, I enjoyed my stay.

Except one thing: there was a phishing attack as if from the hotel's account and I couldn't contact the hotel in any way (email, phone etc.) what made me worry because I paid the total prise. But when I arrived everything was ok.

The location was great and the room was very comfortable and clean.

Apart from a lady that was working on the evening of the 10/12/2023, the staff was not very nice, not prompt to answer questions or help in any way. When we checked in, a lady gave us the card for the room and didn't even bother to point the direction of the room, we went a different way and end to go back with our luggage..

Amazing beds

This is a lovely hotel in the historic centre of Warsaw, very clean and modern, and the beds are SUBERB.

I have stayed at this hotel before and loved it, however this time I got a much smaller room, for the same price, it was actually too small for comfort, there was barely enough room to move. I would not stay in this room again, however I still love the hotel.
