The Stay inn Hotel Warszawa is highly recommended for its convenient location near central station, shopping options, and easy access to the airport and old town. The staff, including Marta, were exc (Read More)eptional and provided a warm welcome. The spacious and comfortable rooms, equipped with amenities, made the stay delightful. The hotel's proximity to bakeries, grocery stores, and a pharmacy added to the convenience. Despite being centrally located, the peaceful atmosphere allowed for a relaxing stay. Overall, a great hotel in a great location.

Cold, but nice

Nice place.

The temperature in room was 19'C when we entered, and even though we immediately put the heater on to max possible temperature, after the whole night of heating when we were leaving it barely warmed up to 20.8'C... not what we expect from a SPA hotel.

Location is not far from a McDonald's, store, pizza place, tram and bus. People working there where very nice. Room was vary clean.

The water in shower, room 405, ran out over the entire floor, all the way to the carpet. Used towels to dry as much as possible up. I told them, so hopefully they can fix it. Maybe just a clogged drain. Only spent one night. Takes about 22 min to the city with UBER or 37 with a tram. You have to change trams on the way in. We use Jakdojade app to get around in Poland.

Despite some small misunderstandings at check in, the stay was a nice one. The hotel is modern, clean and well located.

The food at breakfast and the pool water, which seemed quite cold to me, could be improved. Instead, we had dinner at the MONO restaurant, and the food was exceptional. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.

Superb

It was lovely to get the required cot for the baby without any extra charges. Breakfast was good, but a little bit too expensive. Since the hotel is not big enough, it is also nice that they squeezed a pool and had a perfect sauna.

Amazing rooms with modern architecture. Extra bits left in the room like coffee, hygiene products.

Its strange how you have to pay for parking in their hotel. Also charge of 120 deposit then check-in. Spa lounge very crowded and needs jacuzzi.

Very poor

Lovely pool and the overall standard of the rooms

I had a horrible experience with the service, which denied the cancellation option despite it being guaranteed on the official confirmation. Misleading staff tried to convince me that the hotel does not provide any free cancellation options at all, despite it being advertised and confirmed. I feel I have been manipulated into paying extra for rescheduling.

Pleasant

Very nice and welcoming staff, great restaurant and size of the room. We also appreciated the swimming pool and spa area.

The AC in the room was super noisy so it was difficult to get a good sleep in the night. Without the ac the room was too dry and hot.

Exceptional

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Check-in was simple, nice room, wonderful shower head (And I am not throwing compliments about shower heads every day left and right ). We received vouchers at the reception for a glass of wine/small beer for the restaurant on location. The restaurant was also good, quick service. Everybody was speaking English.

The parking fees were quite high. Unfortunately the pool and sauna was only opened until 9 PM. The TV was bit that easy to operate but now I am being picky.
