Mostly very good and the things that didnt work made it difficult.

Comfy bed, great shower, good breakfast. Right next to Pizza Express. Great dog walking area.

TV was rubbish only a few channels worked. Wi-Fi rubbish for my iPad, it didnt work. The website told me 10 for dog and the charge is 20.

Convenient but stunning services hotel

The hotel is part of an award winning services area, which is beautifully landscaped, and, of course, had ample parking and lots of eating options as well as the hotel. The room was big, comfortable and very clean, and the shower was a good size too. Staff were helpful and changed our room immediately when it wasn't quite suitable for our needs. The view from our room was out onto the beautifully landscaped area and really didn't convey the impression that you were staying in a services hotel.

There wasn't really any room for improvement on our stay, it was excellent. We did not get chance to sample any food so I cannot comment on the quality of breakfast or dinner.

Back again because I like it so much

Ive stayed a few times and I like it so much, I keep coming back. So convenient with location and its the best nights sleep Ive had as the beds are so comfy.

Room was comfortable and convenient for the motorway

Front desk initially would not let me check in 15 minutes early and said they would be in trouble with head office if they were to make an exception. Not a great welcome and says a lot about head office!
