The Wigwam is highly recommended for corporate events and leisure stays. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The resort has beautiful grounds, mul (Read More)tiple pools, and a variety of amenities. The food and drinks are delicious and the service is exceptional. Some areas could use updates, but many guests appreciate the historic charm of the property. Overall, it's a fantastic resort with great service and amenities.

Very good

The Wigwam is a wonderful resort hotel and I would highly recommend the 600+ square foot rooms.

Breakfast was great with a variety of tasty and healthy options. The waitstaff and bartender were all friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.

I would have liked to know more about hiking trail options and the gym. I suspect the gym is near the Spa but its not clear if guests have access or if its a nice facility. Also, we enjoyed the Tower Pool one day but were disappointed that the water slide wasnt operational.

It was okay.

The pool area was nice

I didnt like that I paid extra to be in a larger room only to find the ceiling caved in with water leaking through onto the couch area. We couldnt sit on the couch at all. When the kids went to sleep on the pullout, it was wet as well so we had to call and have them come and chains change out the mattress and the bedding which was a huge inconvenience.Then to top it off we only got the up-charge for the bigger room knocked off first the inconvenience. I paid good money to have a very nice place. I got a ran down room with a poor experience. I was completely embarrassed that I invited people to this nice hotel just to find a crappy room with a wet bed and couch. I feel there was something more the staff could have done to make the experience better.

Disappointing - sadly will not return.

Pool area is amazing, shame the staff dont start serving until 11am, but they are very nice, and the lady in the shop making Starbucks was so nice and helpful.

Property is under renovation. Builders walking past our windows and looking in. Having to walk on the wet grass as the paths were covered in broken toilets. Awning was missing from the outside which made the entrance tatty. Carpet and curtains were dirty. Leather was peeling from both chairs. Patio furniture was missing. No ice machines worked on the property. Complex was virtually empty, so a different room could have been offered.

Superb

Bed and pillows were awesome. Roomservice very good. Taco trio was heavenly. Pool was clean and DJ was fun on Saturday afternoon

Burger at the WBar was very dry and over cooked. Bacon was so hard I could not bite into it.

Disappointed

Pool area very good for family

Tired, worn and unclean rooms - overcharge for basics such as bottled water $6 for small bottle ( unable to drink cold tap water as it was very very warm) soo in 105 degrees heat this is poor. A lot of construction / room remodelling happening in the ground. Restaurants over busy. Basically website over promises and resort under delivers sadly.
