Location was great just opposite to mall and center of both downtown and airport.

Room was not clean and we had to change to a different room which was also not very clean. Very old building, appliances and amenities needs change or price should be brought down. Dint feel like value for money. The shower handles and toilet flush were not easy to operate and bathtubs were slippery.

Very good

Great hotel except for the tub water not draining properly while showering and the toilet running.

The bed was very comfortable. Towels were super soft. Coffee pretty good considering in the room coffee.

While taking a shower, the water kept backing up. Not a pleasant thing. The toilet kept running all night. I was so tired, I couldnt bring myself to call the front desk to resolve this problem.

Mostly very comfortable stay

The front desk staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable though a little too high for me as Im only 5 foot four and with short legs. I like the space in the room we had plenty of space it was pretty centrally located also.

I did not like that for a Marriott hotel It did not offer room service, and so many things were la cart. For instance, Internet and parking. The TV selection was very limited and it seemed like a very old-fashioned access method to stations.

0 stars for me. No comfort & no service.

Good location. Nice lobby

Careless staff members. Terrible breakfast. Very loud noise all night could not sleep and staff did nothing about it. Complained next day and they did nothing. Customer service said they would give me partial refund and they never did. Staff was careless overall even at check-in. Did not even give us our paid vouchers for breakfast. I had to go back to get it after being billed. 0 stars for me. No comfort & no service.

Very good

The breakfast buffet was good and worth the 21 dollars.The Westshore mall is a 5 min walk directly across the street, very close to restaurants and stores.

The restaurant/bar onsite doesnt open until 4pm. The rooms are a little small compared to other hotels in this price range.

Disappointing

Worst experience of my life for a hotel this level.

We requested a late check in for our entry, I arrived by 3a.m with my wife and the lady in the front desk seems to be playing with papers in front of the computer. She made us wait about 40 minutes for a check-in. Unbelievable.
