Ok but need to sort out the temperature issue as there no I vios source if the heat as the radiator is off.

Modern , clean facilities and central location in Barrow

Its too hot to be comfortable even with the window open in the middle of December in Barrow

the rooms are good, however the tv woudnt work and the room was too hot even with the radiators off,

Nice room, nice touch with fridge etc.

TV not working properly, room was boiling hot and if I opened the window the chimney from the kitchen was outside my window.

It's central. The rooms have great facilities. Bar restaurant on site. Really comfy bed.

It was really nice, very nice and put together the staff were brilliant, good was 10/10 as were the cocktails, good atmosphere can get quite busy but we wasnt bothered about that. The bath was a lovely touch.

We liked everything there isnt anything bad to say about the place, although it says room service but we rang the phone quite a lot and no answer but it wasnt a big deal. It was more the area around, there wasnt really much to do around here, most shops were shut and as it was snowing so much we couldnt drive around so we was very limited to what we could do.

Very nice place

The room was very nice.the rainfall shower and size of the wet room was very impressive.underfloor heating in bathroom was very nice as well.netflix included on TV which was a bonus.the bar downstairs is very nice and cosy.the food was also nice.thankyou for a lovely stay. David Ainsworth.

Disappointing

Poor sleep and unclean

Location was excellent and the staff were fantastic

1. The room had an emergency lighting light directly above my bed so it lit up the room, rendering me unable to sleep at all. 2. The bathroom had not been cleaned at all. There were ee marks and public hair around the toilet and floor

Comfy - poor breakfast

Lovely evening menu and the room was very qwirky and comfortable.

Their private car park isnt attached and is on a side street. There was a stain on my pillow that looked like blood and the continental breakfast wasnt incredible.
