Very good hotel and good value.

Great breakfast. Great and very clean public areas and foyers. The bathroom was a little small. Would have been nice to use the pool even though it was winter. For our family it was a little far from the historic centre of Bologna. I think when the tram works are completed, the acess to the City centre should improve.

Unpleasant personal, they charge extra for breakfast for a 5-year-old child! Shame! The price in the hotel is not the same as in the booking. We took a four-bed room plus breakfast, there were two adults and a child. We had to pay extra for breakfast for the child (20). They make guests fools. Petty scams. I don't recommend it.

Very good value place ,OK if with car

Friendly staff..location very close to highway..very clean rooms and location close to highway.and yet easy to reach city ( can drive by car ,hardly 10 min drive to park close to city center)..ask for the parking in city at reception as driving in city center not allowed

Not something to complain but location is bit out of the city so if you dont have car ,may be tricky to get in town by public transport and area around hotel does not look too frequented ..

Easy location, great restaurant and staff.

The service at the restaurant was perfect and the team was always ready to please and find a solution in case of a problem. Great Menu at the restaurant.

I would have like to have a "duvet" or some blanket on the bed. Only a single sheet and the bed top cover is not enough to feel comfortable in the bed.

The hotel was located perfectly for the purpose of my visit at the convention center next to it. The room was comfortable and facilities were clean.

Arrived around 6pm on Thursday evening and while checking in asked Rares at reception would I be required to book in for a meal in the evening, I was told I wouldn't need one and proceeded to go down for dinner around 8pm alone. When I asked for a table for one I was informed very abruptly that I was not allowed a table on my own without a reservation. I returned to reception to ask what happened and was told I could try order room service. When I called for room service twice both times the phone got hung up. So I returned to reception asking where could I order in from and was told under no circumstances was I allowed to order food to the property. I then had to cross the street for the closest restaurant an American burger restaurant (not why you want to go Bologna). I could have accepted this interaction if the next day when I returned to the hotel and the lobby had multiple people eating takeaway pizzas when I asked reception what happened to there policy the person pretended to not understand what I was saying. The next night on the Saturday while again alot of people had ordered pizzas again we ordered some ourselves and when ours arrived the night manager approached our table rather aggressively telling us we couldn't eat them in the hotel. I genuinely couldn't make sense of this hotel if I had been there for a month I can safely say for certain I will not return in the future 500 plus for arguably the worst and most laughable service I have ever experienced in my 8 years working in the hospitality industry. Just in case the hotel is confused about who this review pertains to I stayed from Thursday the 7th of December to Monday the 11th in room 204.

I liked that the place was clean and the staff was friendly

Unfortunately the location makes it less accessible to bologna city centre. Would have also appreciated better internet and more options for dietary restrictions.
