Great place to stay with small kids and perfect location to go around the island.

The pool for kids is fantastic (3 slides!). Our 3 kids had a great time and made friends. Cute little beach. The room on top floor was very nice. The room on lower ground floor smelled bad and was very humid. Many nice restaurants around.

We had asked for an extra bed in advance, and it was not ready when we checked in at 7pm. The breakfast was really awful. We had to go get coffee outside because the coffee there was so bad. Could not eat the eggs or fruits. Music at breakfast is really loud.

The hotel is very suitable for families, especially children, because there are many attractions to keep children entertained. Instead for adults it is a very relaxing place having the Spa and with different delicacies of choice on food and drinks. You are welcomed by the staff with kindness and professionalism from the beginning to the end of your stay at the hotel. One thing I really liked from the staff was the immediate help towards my son because he felt ill from the beginning of his stay for three days. It was a fundamental help, because not knowing how to proceed, they helped me with everything, especially I thank one of them at the Reception with my heart.

A lot to improve

Honestly it s quite overrated. The staffs is very friendly yes. It s ok for families with young babies that can enjoy the pool.

There is a lot to improve. Rooms are ok but nothing fancy. Very basic including toiletries almkst absent. The worst thing is the breakfast that really need a complete restyle. Always crowded, lack of food, poor quality of items. Everything is consistencly cold. Tables not ready, nobody come to clean. Very bad coffee.

For sure there are better options in Thailand

Quite nice beach area (except entrance to the ocean), life music on the evenings. Massage on the beach.

1. Construction works on the left and on the right!!! Very noisy, impossible to relax. 2. Staff in the beach restaurant doesn't speak English at all. They don't understand even the word 'fruit' and bring juice. Even if you point with your finger in the menu they bring you wrong things. 3. Breakfast is very medium. Flies on the fruits etc. 4. Very dangerous construction of the kids slides: they put a big bucket that pours a huge amount of water on people. And for kids it is super dangerous! Impossible to use slides under 10-12 y.o. 5. Absolutely nothing to do on the island. No even souvenir shops.

Waterpark Fun

Always a fantastic family stay at The Splash, the on site water park provides hours of fun for children and the rooms are spotlessly clean. My family and I had a fantastic stay, The Splash is a must visit for family's.
