Breakfast was good, location also. Good value for what I paid.

I did not like the food smell in the room. It was certainly clean but there was still some sort of spices smell. Also, the pillow was too big. I had to sleep without pillow.

Only the gym

The rooms lighting is too dim, a sort of underground club. Air conditioning system throughout the hotel and corridors are based on thermostat system, not a standard hotel air conditioning. The rooms and corridors , gym were too cold . Although the hotel is categorized as a hotel in booking.com, it is 100% student accommodation. If you are not a student on a low budget, prefer the hotels in the center. The hotel is 1,6 km to Place du Capitol.

Nice building and safe environment

The bathroom faucet was installed by incompetent people. You turn it on and it actually spills all the water on the back of the sink. Who does actually do this work?

The staff.

The hotel has a plumbing issue, my toilet kept on constantly flashing itself. On Sunday morning I was awakened by this sound at 5 am and this went on constantly for two hours. The cleaning staff did not clean my sink or throw away rubbish that was on the table ie beer bottles, skirting board areas were filthy.
