Very good

Overall a great place and good value for money.

Loved the room - lots of space and natural light. Huge bed, great bathroom. Lovely staff. The location is a couple of kms away from the main part of town but it was fairly easy to find transport in and out.

Im sensitive to artificial fragrances so the bed linen and pillow cases triggered a clogged and runny nose :(

The service, room and the location are excellent. My parents love the room and service very much. Khun Dada, the guest relation manager were really friendly and helpful. My mom forgot her scraf. I contacted him about it. He was really keen to help and organised it all shipped to bangkok for me. Again thank you very much, thats really nice of you. We appreciated it alot. We defenitely visit there again when we had a chance.

We love the property and everything about the property is perfect. The only thing I want to share feedback is about the food. My mom ordered Tom Kha Kai and steamed jasmine rice. The rice was little bit wet and Tom Kha Kai I would rate 3 out of 5. It was not bad it was just because we are thai, we might get used to with the taste that we normally have. Moo ka ta was nice even tho the weather was obstacle to eat because it was so windy. If we can order and eat inside the room at the terrace area would be nice.

The staff was not friendly and they tried to charge my on laundry with no issue. The Dada who said he is the manger of the staff tried several times to exploit me. I do recommend to not try this property.

Very good

Very good overall - enjoyed our time in Hua hin and visiting the local markets.

Excellent customer service. All staff very helpful and informative. Lovely room. Manager extra helpful and takes time to talk with guests.

Private pool not really private. Easy to see neighbouring room - they can no doubt see our room - and being next to the pool, the pool area can be seen from the toilet area and the roof top bar area. Definition of "private" needs to be reviewed.
