Superb

The hotel is quite new. The one bedroom suit we had was amazing: beautiful furniture, big bathroom and big terrace with stunning view. Very attentive and friendly staff. Rooftop lounge and swimming pool has stunning view from both sides, nice vibes and music. We spent our New Years Eve there and we did not regret that we chose this place.

It does not have a private beach but if you ask the reception they arrange a buggy to drop off and pick you up from the nearest beach (they arrange it very fast!), the beach by buggy is only 2 minutes away.

Great facilities but service could be improved

The facilities are excellent - the rooms are big and stylish, the pool area is really nice and the gym seems well equipped.

You can tell this is a new hotel - the staff are not up to speed, bar food and room service came cold, breakfast service couldnt cope when the hotel was busier and unfortunately there is a building site behind the hotel which ruins the view.

Food is not great at breakfast and lunchtime. Hot food is cold. Food selection is strange and not great quality. Horrible coffee.

Overall we had a good stay. The apartment we booked was superb. Super love the interior

The interior was super nice

The food taste at the restaurant counter need to be improved. Add more coffee machine. The pastries and egg station was good though.

The is great and the hotel is new. It's next to the beach and offers transportations to the villas inside the hotel.

The food. Not the quality though. But I would say this is common in Malaisia. Food is terrible in Malaisia but right in front of the hotel there is a a great restaurant called Jeannot's Restaurant which offers excellent plates.
