It was ok.

It was a very nice room.

Some of the staff werent friendly. And I was asked when confirming the reservation if there was a special occasion. I told them my birthday was the day I checked in. There wasnt any kind of gift or concession.

Not coming again. We are a frequent visitor of 1, Newbury .

I didnt know that Brand Ritz Carlton has a budget hotel in Boston.

Its not at all a five star property. And anybody can go in the morning to breakfast area to see that the property has no interest in hosting its guests.

There are much better 5-star choices

Unless one was going to the Common, the location was horrible. It is located off the Common on a one-way street. Boston does not have many taxis, so one uses Uber to get around. The one-way small and congested street makes it very difficult for drivers. Also, the Ritz has a lot of nerve-charging guests for wifi use.

Good but we have to count on ourselves to find best restaurants and others.

Service at the bar was very friendly and good

The concierge service was poor and very hard to reach. We have to wait 30 minutes sometimes to the staff find him.

Need an injection of Service

location

Arriving guest experience was poor from door to reception. Concierge lacked experience. Foyer bar closed Sunday evening on a holiday weekend. Why pay for internet and to use pool /gym when I paid 1000s for 2 nights. Post Covid need to improve!!!!
