The hotel exudes luxury and pays attenti (Read More)on to detail. The closure of the outdoor pool was a disappointment for some, but overall, the hotel provides exceptional service and facilities such as a spa, gym, and great restaurants. It is highly recommended for a comfortable stay in Amman.

I love the Hotel, I will be back.

The hotel was perfect.

I was very disappointed that when I checked out, the hotel personnel refused to order a taxi for me and insisted that I use a Hotel car which was double the price. Every hotel in the world gets a taxi if you ask for it.

Overall experience was great we booked two rooms including breakfast, the breakfast was very nice with a wide selection of foods and drink options . On the last day we asked if our checkout could be delayed the staff offerd us a free late checkout till 4 oclock which was great. A few highlights of my stay was the lady in the lobby who played the harp which very soothing and created an atmosphere of elegance. Also finally on the last day while we were sitting in the lobby we got talking to a member of staff her name was Leah she gave us a short history of the hotel and back ground information on some of the art pieces in the hotel she was lovely and very friendly.

The service was extremely good and our stay was very relaxing.

Excellent hospitality, warmth, love respect from each person, manager to staff, receptionist, chef, food servers. I would like to personally thank Mahmoud Jaber, Khaled, Marya, Ahmed (for making Pakistani chai for us), Leah, Aya, Ghazal ( I apologize if I miss or misspelled any name) and many more staff members taking personal care of us. We loved it when they (Mahmoud & Marya) presented us Jordanian Keffieyh. We will definitely come again.

The amount of money charged, they should provide complimentary airport shuttle service.

Ashraf in the front desk was super professional, housekeeping was neat and friendly I adore the spacious of the room and balcony, the Coach Amr in the Gym is a pro, food is great as well Its my favorite hotel in Amman
