Superb

Everything is amazing but no tips for tourists

Obviously as we paid well (for Bangkok standards) weve get great clean and modern ambient. Breakfast were reach and great variety, we went to the swimming pool several times in the evening. Air conditioner worked very well it was important as we had a super sunny side so the room warmed up very fast. I would say we passed a good acclimatization at this hotel once landed to Bangkok at first.

As we just arrived from Europe to our first Asian city I really expected assistance of the reception with some information, maps or tips. Nothing at all! Were very disappointed about it When we asked tips about transportation in the city they responded that its only possible with taxi Its nit like that you can provide really better service I am sure! Without realizing I booked a room in a calm area fare of touristic zones but well connected by nearest metro station On Nut !!! It took me some time to realize how metro station works in Bangkok by watching some YouTube and trying to communicate with a stuff of the metro.

Not what we expected

Nice gym and pool

The price is ridiculous for what it is. Doesn't look like the pictures at all. It's very noisy at night time. The air conditioner looks tired and old. For the price you'll find better.

Clean, but far from everything.

Pool was nice. Room size was ok.

Location was terrible. We could never get a taxi or a Grab car. Far from everything. Breakfast was average. A lot of Asian food, not suitable for guests who dont eat pork and rice for breakfast. After 8am, most of the food is gone and they didnt have any stock left (we saw the signs for croissants, for example, and asked for more: they said there were none left). Laundry is not offered at the hotel and the option they give is very expensive.

It was good.

Overall design of the hotel. Pretty breakfast area and tasty too. Staff was polite. We had a good stay, the gym looked good, although we did'nt have time to try it out.

Pool was very small. And we felt lack of lights for it to use in the dark hours of the day. Location isn't very nice, because there is nothig there. After the arrival we wanted to grab some dinner, so we walked out in the street, but there were no options.

Disappointing

Fair stay, very noisy rooms, not great location

Property was modern. Breakfast was fair. The staff was very nice and helpful. 30min from the airport.

Far from everything, 20min to get a grab, plus another 30min to get to popular locations. Rooms extremely noisy, you hear the traffic and the tram, the leave earplugs in the side table, but it doesnt help. The pool looks nice on the pics, but it is super small and barely fits 6 people on the sun deck.

Was ok, would stay elsewhere next time

Comfortable beds

The staff werent particularly friendly, at least the ones we had dealings with at the front desk. Except for the nice lady working in the restaurant. The location is quite far from the main attractions in Bangkok, though is on the sukhumvit train line, and there is a station approx 500m away. The pool area isnt very inviting as the chairs are metal and there is no bar at the hotel either. I believe this is a good budget option, however dont expect much.
