Disappointing

Wouldn't return because of the bed

Staff were fine

The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever laid on. I could not have spent another night on it. It really did spoil my stay sadly

Short stay.

Good location, free parking very friendly helpful staff. Had a refrigerator and sofa in room. Clean and well decorated. Very nice shower room.

The Endcliffe room we had there was bedside table and light on one side only. Access to room was via three flights of stairs and rather narrow corridor, whilst this did not affect us, anybody with mobility issues may want to discuss with hotel when booking to get most suitable room. Room could of done with extra lighting i.e floor lamp for sofa area.

Clean and warm but

Very clean and free parking

Only continental breakfast even at the weekend which was disappointing. Bed very hard. Frosted glass bathroom door with wide gaps all round which gave no privacy

Superb

Really clean and comfortable. Good location. Close to city but could honour to the peaks easily.

My room was the furthest away from Reception and not massively accessible. But in itself, a lovely, clean and comfortable room.

It was clean and well maintained room

1 The heating in room was not keeping room sufficiently warm. Got up in middle of night due to room being cold and not warm as it should have been. 2 Bathroom door cant be locked so should do a better job 3 room size on booking.com was 161 square feet but actual room size was very small even less than 90 square meter. Should not be giving misleading information on booking.com. room 5 is very small compared to what is stated on booking.com

Not worth the extra price

It has luxurious finishing touches.

It was dusty on the bed side table and on the coffee mugs, so I was put off using them for a coffee in the room. For the price and the luxurious touches, I would have expected better. I checked in very late, past midnight (let them know in advance) and the man at check in couldn't answer questions about room service in the morning and also got a little lost taking me to my room. Breakfast had a slow service and was busy and some people were turned away as there wasn't enough space. The outside of the building was disappointing. The noise from the road was surprisingly loud. I couldn't reach the window to close it and try to block out the noise.
