Poor

Water poured through the roof all night. Puddle in the room, wet bed. No discount or refund.

On first impressions the room and location seemed quite nice but we were to discover that it wasn't so nice in the middle of the night.

It rained heavily and the roof absolutely poured with water all night, hitting the end of the bed and leaving a large puddle in the room. Asked for a refund or discount and was told that we would be contacted but nobody ever contacted us .

friendly bar, pool and garden looked lovely (though we didnt get to use as stayed when it was cold and raining!)

Sarah and her staff are always welcoming, rooms clean, great place to stay.

Breakfast was good and served with a smile, location in a beautiful part of Dorset, but good access to local amenities.

A lovely stay in a picturesque location with a top notch breakfast!

The room was really spacious and the bathroom was huge with a jacuzzi bath! The building is just beautiful and and breakfast was fabulous.

The bed was uncomfortable.

Good value and excellent staff and rooms were clean and warm.

The Poachers Inn was good and the food and service was good. I would recommend the hotel. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff. We didn't take breakfast during our stay due to being up early. The staff offered us sandwiches to take with us which was a nice touch.
