The Pleasure Kosgoda is a peaceful and beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The rooms are spacious and quiet with balconies, and the food is great. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive (Read More), and they care about the environment. Guests praised the breathtaking views, well-maintained property, and the delicious food. -Nice Hotel at the beach

- Hotel is very off the road and you always need tuktuks to get anywhere - we had some stains on our bed sheets and pillows when we arrived - when you leave the hotel to walk on the beach you are constantly approached by locals who try to sell you stuff and are very intrusive and follow you around which makes you feel rather uncomfortable (not the Hotels fault, but something you should know before booking)

This hotel is absolutely nice, rooms are very big and comfortable, everything is clean, staff is doing a really good job, breakfast is good, food is good, location is good, two steps from the beach, you can have a nice walk on the beach. supermarket 10mins away walking, souvenirs shop, but if you look for a crowded place, with many restaurants or bars , its not, you go to kosgoda for relaxing and being almost alone. So now special thank to our man, Thushara, the caretaker, he is absolutely kind and always here if you need something, i think its the best guy i have met in 1 month in SL. so kind, so professional. thank you my friend. we will surely come back just to see you because you were a great encounter. this place absolutely worth the visit if you want calm and relaxing beach not far from Colombo.

Paradise

The Pleasure has been my favourite place in Sri Lanka. this small hotel is so peaceful, in such a beautiful location with the beach at your feet, but a nice big garden with hammocks and chair swings. The rooms are spacious, quiet, with balconies. the food is great. However the thing that makes this place special is the people. They cannot do enough to make your stay the best you could ask for, theyre always there and smiling and ready to help. In addition they clearly care about the environment and the nature around them. If I didnt have a time limited visa I think I wouldnt have left!
