Very good

for family is quite nice

- new and clean - the bedsheet are white so you feel like staying in hotel - there is wifi because without wifi i think the reception is bad

the checking in: - no proper storage of luggage - strictly no check in before 3 pm and its very strict as i arrived at 1.30 pm the reception didn't even bother to check whether my unit was ready, just said to wait until 3 - long queue for check out - every question can only be done via whatsapp - there is not enough people in the reception counter - the pool is always crowded

Overall great hotel, clean & spacious. Great location and easy to get around.

Clean & spacious and new hotel with great rooftop view.

Elevator had no air conditioning and lengthy wait for elevator. Breakfast was not included which was disappointing.

the hotel is nice but the deposit experience totally ruined jt

they ask for 100$ value deposit in local currency. even for one night. its extremely inconvenient. the staff was not very supportive in finding a workaround. there is no mention of this rule anywhere. the checkout took 25 minutes because they were checking my room

Location and facilities were excellent. Lobby and front well maintained.

We stayed for 12 nights and everything was good except the fact that staffs did not clean the room properly everyday. Bathrooms barely wiped and floors and furnitures we hardly wiped. Since payment is made for everyday the same rate. They should clean it properly.
