This is an incredibly beautiful and comfortable place to stay if you like freedom and privacy.

Incredible view! Very private. Self catering as needed. Swimming Pool was great. The place had everything needed for a very enjoyable holiday!

I thought the pool would be a bit bigger but it wasnt that much of an issue to be honest!

best villa stay of our entire trip, will return every year

where do I even start the villas are eco friendly, the interior and exterior of the villas are absolutely marvelous, best sunset view from the bed and pool, great location and special mention to Guy who is the quintessence of hospitality he made everything incredibly hassle free for us. There was no stress regarding motorbike rentals, payments, or communication at any point. cant beat this in terms of value for money. will return every year!

The double bed, at times and sometimes frequently was not very comfortable. Main reason being, the two beds got separated a lot and we had to readjust it quite a few times.

Beautiful villa, views to die for, very well serviced, villa interior and amenities were clearly very well thought out. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and accommodating - it felt like you could rely on them for anything.

Beautiful and wonderfully quiet

Guy is a great uncomplicated (simply WhatsApp communication) and professional host, always busy but always available, which shows in the hotel: amazing view, quiet nights and still only 2min with scooter to all relevant shops/areas. We stayed 5 nights and would have stayed longer if our vacation days would have let us. Recommend renting scooter (as all thai islands) and easily directly through guy. The minibar (except drinking water and basic coffee powder/tea) costs extra with prices corresponding to the level of accommodation- but it's still cool that everything is there and you can easily shop at the minimarket down the road. So yeah perfect stay and wonderfully helpful service

Absolutely no dislike but be sure that you have good scooter-driving-self-esteem to get up the steep slope to the hotel (for us it was fun :-D)

One of the moat beautiful places I ever stayed at. The host Guy was generous, kind, and really helpful. We absolutely loved the privet garden with the pool and ocean view. We will definitely come back!

Our paradise for 3 nights.

Weve absolutely loved our stay at the Place. The sea view and the private pool left us speechless, the cute kitchen and the tropical vibe bathroom were a plus. The bed was so comfortable, we had Netflix and more amenities, such as motorbikes for rent and snorkel equipment without deposit, there was no breakfast included but we ordered for take away in some local rests in the island. The location was really calm and overall, it was a great experience. As we are in a natural environment there were obviously some bugs so its important not to leave any food anywhere. We would repeat for sure. Guy was so helpful and friendly. Thanks for this dream stay!

Absolutely loved every single moment of our stay here. Our host, Guy, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room itself was gorgeous, with a fantastic view, a well-thought out layout, and a really impressive shower setup. We would 100% recommend it and wouldnt even consider anywhere else on Koh Tao if we came back.
