The Pillows Suite comes highly recommended with friendly staff and beautiful surroundings. The rooms are clean and well-presented. It is conveniently located near the Union Building, Pretoria Nationa (Read More)l Zoo, and various activities and malls. The parking is safe and secure. Guests enjoyed the quiet and relaxing atmosphere, spacious rooms, and friendly environment. The breakfast was delicious, although there were some issues with the TV channels and breakfast availability on the last day. Overall, it is regarded as a top hotel in Pretoria.

Was great. I enjoyed even my mind wasn't there.

The pool side.

Just after a minute i checked in..I received a call that one of my family member has passed away. I had to check out immediately to travel back home. They refused to refund me. Just imagine after I've payes R1140 for two night. I had to leave and let my money down the drain. Its was hard but no choice but to stay . Secondly, the shower ,On the first morning the was no cold water . The glassess are off fashion. Television, There's no DSTV no Netflix.

Not a happy stay.

The gentleman working there was very helpful.

The cleaning staff just enter occupied rooms without knocking. No privacy at all. The noise from the staff members was unbearable you could hear them talking loudly outside the rooms. Booked out on the same day could not sleep over.
