    The room was comfortable, clean and near facilities
    Easy access to shops and the city. Chose it because it was near the botanical gardens. Bed was comfortable. Found the keypad entry convenient.
    Parking could be hit or miss. Only 2 parks and a disabled space at rear of building at the end of a narrow driveway. Parking was mainly on the street.

    Great location. Very close to everything. Design was stylish.
    Parking was definitely a pain during holidays. We came here for new year holiday but couldn't find any available parking nearby. We had to park in a paid parking area. Our room was very close to street and the front door so it was noisy. We found some random short hair on our pillows. Additionally, the toilet was weirdly tall that me and my bf (170 and 175 cm) didn't feel comfortable.

    Chosen for location
    It was not the room pictured in the booking it was a disabled room next to the front door which was noisy . The toiletries were basic and we found black hair in our bed

    Nice comfortable stay.
    Our apartment was nicely decorated, clean & comfortable. We liked that we could walk to the city, around 20 minutes.
    We had to park up the street a bit, we knew that parking was limited so we were prepared. No issues with safety it was more convenience.
