Just what we needed

Convenient location for town centre Great car parking. Well located near to the station for those travelling by rail. Large rooms great bathroom with wonderful shower.

the best thing about Parklands Hotel was the staff nothing a problem and very responsive the food especially breakfast

good location for our purpose

rooms were a bit cold and hot water a bit temperamental no room service( beds made/fresh towels)

Great rooms in a really central location

The hotel is right next to the railway station, so is very central, and has private parking. Also has a lovely garden for sitting out. Room and bathroom were really modern and pleasantly decorated and looked clean. Excellent team and shortbread!

Guy on reception was helpful enough but could have done with being a bit more welcoming and friendly, as it felt like we inconvenienced him by arriving. Room smelled at bit like dogs - Im not sure of the source, because everything looked very new and clean.

My stay was perfect!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were warm and welcoming both on arrival and departure and I have no faults or complaints about my stay here. Ideally situated and the room was perfect! 11/10 for cleanliness and comfort! I have all ready and will continue to recommend this hotel to anyone.
