The King suite on the ground floor impressed with a fully equipped kitchenette and comfy bed, while ' (Read More)The Studio' on the top floor offered stunning views over the River Tay and high-tech amenities like Alexa virtual hospitality. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family - we will definitely be back!

Excellent host/owner, very friendly and made us feel welcome. Accommodation was immaculate - very comfortable bed, beautiful towels provided and all of the extras were much appreciated (milk, tea, coffee, biscuits, toiletries). Added bonus of having Alexa to open and close the curtains! 7 for a taxi into the city centre or a 30 minute walk.

I love the decor, the unusual and quirky nature of the look and feel of the property, the good use of modern technology and the easy access to our destination (Dundee uni)

We had a perfect stay and will be back.

Very modern and stylish, this property exceded all expectations and everything we needed for a lovely stay was there. We managed to park 50 M from the entrance and the street was peacful.

A wonderful stop on route to Aberdeen

The hotel was lovely, bedroom very comfortable, all amenities provided and Kenny was so helpful and friendly.

Stunning property with fabulous view

The communication from the host prior to our stay was fantastic. Everything was made very clear with regard to location, checking in etc. Parking was right outside the property. Once inside we were greeted by a beautiful hallway and fabulous staircase leading up to our floor. The studio apartment was superb. Tastefully decorated to a very high standard. The owners have done an amazing job, just wow! Very hi-tech but if you're not a techy person, it can all be over-rided and novice friendly ( so I coped haha ). The owner lives onsite and he knocked to say hello and introduce himself which was a nice touch. A great stay, would highly recommend

Not really a dislike but I was a bit put off by all the technology, Alexa type stuff at first, but that's because I'm useless and a bit of a technophobe. Thankfully my husband works in that area so was in his element. Soon discovered you don't have to use all the gimmicks if you don't want so don't let it put you off. The house was stunning but it is near the student area of Dundee and a bit of a walk into the centre, but nothing a taxi won't solve if you don't fancy a drive or walk! Not an issue for us, but be mindful there are steps up to the property and no lift inside to the upper floors.

A Perfect stay

A wonderful boutique hotel, beautiful and extremely clean. Excellent host and Alexa was a plus. I will be back again and again. The view from the window was lovely.

There was not one thing I would change.
