Disappointing

Will not be Staying Again

1. Location is OK, near GK1, which is a better place for food (less Indian food)

1. The room is small 2. Hot water is not hot enough after 12:30 am at midnight, assuming they do not heat the water after that time 3. Poor breakfast, only Indian food (except toast) 4. Poor WiFi

Horrible experirnce!

Nothing!! Irresponisble staff!!!

I booked my stay from 17th -23rd December, I called them 2-3 times on 16th and 17th Dec to confirm the booking and to let them know about my late arrival/ check in. They said its fine and you can check in anytime before 12:30 am. I reached at Delhi airport around 10:30 pm and called them again from the airport that I will be at the hotel soon. They confirmed my booking/ check in time and one of their staff contacted me on whatsapp to ask how far I was. (this was around 11:15 pm) I reached at the hotel 11:30 pm, they took 30 mins to give me the keys. I went to my room and right after 5 mins, I got a call that I have no booking and they have given me the room by mistake. I told them that I will make a payment and Id really appreciate if I can keep the room. The receptionist was unapologetic and constantly said the same thing that I dont have a booking for 17th. (Even I showed him confitmation on booking.com) I was travelling by myself and I had to find another hotel at 12:30 am. It was horrifying experience.

Great location, basic rooms with average cleanliness. Poor breakfast options.

Very convenient location. The rooms are basic, but clean and decent.

Breakfast is very unappetizing. The set-up is such that you do not feel like eating there. There is a Blue Tokia outlet right there on there ground floor, next to the reception. They can tie up with them and provide some better options perhaps.

Most of the staff were willing to help if you needed them to do or get something.

Hardly any hot water, could only have a hot shower between certain times of the day/night and even then the night showers weren't hot. The reception staff weren't the nicest or easiest to talk too. I understand we were in a country were English isn't their first language, but I think having 1 or 2 reception staff that understand ppl would help a great deal.

Not recommended at all.

Only the location

Bathroom were stingy. No resolution after complaining. Balcony was non existent. I left my Car in parking and found a long starch on my bonnet when asked guard he was clueless about it. Not recommended at all. The gates of colony gets closed at night and they wont open it even you are a guest at hotel.

Terrible choice, had potential but a disaster

Location is great in a good area of Delhi

This was disastrous choice with construction outside our room, the lock to the door was not working properly, the floor in the bathroom would completely flood when the shower was on, the place reeked of gasoline for some reason when we moved in, the internet kept dropping out and the bathroom smelled awful. It was overpriced and a really poor choice, albeit it looked good on the internet. Positively the location is good in a great area.
