New years eve stay! Excellent!

Room was clean and spacious. Comfy bed. Friendly and helpful staff. They even let us check out late free of charge. Delicious breakfast. Leisure facilities are free for hotel guests. We really liked swimming pool and steam room! Thanks!

Amazing spa hotel in the lovely caister on sea

The facilities in the spa and gym were great, exceptionally clean, everything felt new and looked after, the rooms were great, a good size. Comfy beds, everything you needed. Restautant for breakfast was great as well, loads of choice and a veggie breakfast that was impressive

Highly recommend

Breakfast was the best ever had. Dinner was faultless, really helped with meals being gluten free. Room was huge. Faultless stay.

Nothing except fire alarm went off when in room however this is something which can't be changed.

Lovely break

Lovely friendly staff, exceptional food. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. The hotel is in a perfect location with lots around you. Second time staying here and we will be returning.
