Good

The staff were friendly and helpful.

It was so noisy! I could hear everything in the rooms beside me and above. On one night. There was music playing downstairs, the noise and vibrations were ridiculous. The bathroom needed updating as there was lots of mould in and around the shower.

Disappointing

I had to leave to go home and rest. Terrible night.

Breakfast was really good. Hotel was well located

The guests in the room above me started having a very loud row about 11.00pm until about 1.00pm The view from my window was a backstreet of bins The council came to empty the bins at 6.00am in the morning and not quietly the TV (or the remote control ) in the room didn't work

Offers so much from the outside . . . a tad disappointing, but at a price that reflected this.

The food was okay, typical resort style breakfast to help yourself to. The staff were friendly and the location was good for our needs. Car parking was available.

The room needed some attention as it is ageing with damp stains on the walls and the blind on the bathroom window was broken. The shower cubicle was a small corner one with the curved sliding doors . . . not comfortable at all if you are average to tall in height or a rounder shape. The room we were given was facing the car park and above the bins and heard something banging against the building in the wind all night. The dining room was regimented and the food was mediocre with a dessert that was inedible due to being microwaved for too long I believe. We decided to have our evening meal in the restaurant. Only 4 tables had people dining at them and we were all sat next to each other just outside the kitchen entrance and not a very pleasant experience. No privacy to have a conversation in among ourselves and you could hear everything that was going on in the kitchen.

Lovely hotel, great location, fantastic food.

Great location, available parking (paid for), good breakfast, comfortable bed, lift at property, friendly receptionists, dog friendly, spacious.

The shower wasnt very powerful, the radiator in the bedroom needed bleeding and didnt warm up all the way. Staff member at our first morning did not explain how breakfast worked which would have been helpful.

Friendly, helpful staff I booked a standard double have stayed before so knew what to expect. I had requested a bath on my booking as my partner struggles in the shower due to nerve damage. We got the tiniest room and no bath but the lady on reception was helpful and up graded our room to the superior which was lovely and spacious.

We didn't get our request for a bath as stated we would on booking. If we would if had to stay in that other room I probably wouldn't if booked again.

Location is excellent. Staff were very helpful.

The room was lovely but the cleanliness of the bathroom was a little disappointing. Just small detail cleaning needed around the base of the toilet but other than that no complaints x
