Superb

Fabulous sunshine location!

The position was fabulous - right on the beach. We were really lucky as it was so quiet. We had a top floor apartment- fabulous views and sunsets.

Could have done with more bedding and the bed was really squeaky - without actually doing anything !!

Great location, beautiful unit, incredible view!

The location of the unit was amazing. Steps from the beach, the second floor provided wonderful morning shade and a perfect view of the ocean. The sunsets were PERFECTION! Three bedrooms were great (and often hard to find) and parking was close and easy. The on site caretaker was very nice and helpful. The pool was comfortable and very clean!

The kitchen was very poorly stocked. Only 3 pans to cook with and they were not in good shape. No measuring cups, no baking pans, no serving bowls, no platters for grilling. The doors to the deck were very difficult to open and close.

The staff was great! They allowed me to check in early so I appreciate that! Kevin on the property was very nice and informative as well. Check in was quick

The bed was a little uncomfortable and the kitchen didnt have a blender. Im not a fan of shared balconies.

Location was excellent, appartment s301 was in the third floor so we had perfect view. Pools were clean and warm. You can also use beach towels, there is free coffee and water in the lobby.

Old furniture, that needs to be replaced, noisy beds.

We loved that it was right on the beach!

I didnt like the fact that no one told us that we had to go to another location to check in. Luckily a gentleman who I believe was staying there gave the address of the place to go to check in.

Location - Relaxation - Paradise

This was our 8th stay at the property. This review is for Room S301. Our trip was for our teenage sons fall break and the main goal was rest and relaxation. This was our best stay so far at this property. The location right on the beach cannot be beat. The sunsets from the balcony, the beach, or from the pool area are phenomenal. The property maintenance person on site, Kevin, was extremely helpful and friendly. We had everything we needed in our unit. We only had to go buy a few groceries for the week when we didnt eat out at one of the many wonderful restaurants in the area. Although there are 10 units at the property, the pool area was free almost always and the beach was not crowded. There is light music playing in the pool area that definitely creates a laid back beach vibe. There is a room downstairs on the first floor of the South building that has tons of towels, coffee, waters, extra trash bags, tp, paper towels, and a washer/dryer if your unit isnt equipped. Im probably forgetting something but I cant stress enough about how much we enjoyed our stay.
