Dont deserve the amount paid

Room and view

Tv no Netflix or any entertainment movies or else , I order food to room it come in a plastic box and plastic bags and I never see that in 5 star hotel and the food is bad , I order club sandwich and it was like a salad inside bread I think the management concentrate on rooms and forget other services which should be in 5 star hotel and another thing I wait out nearly 30 minutes to get a taxi and couldnt and walk to Venetian to have a taxi

Totally loved it. Will stay here again.

The staff were helpful and polite. Suitable for travellers with kids as they have a sports arena and swimming facilities. Lovely ambience. Hotel rooms were clean and have a great sea view. The toilet supplies were replenished daily. Toilet bowl and shower area were separated by doors and have a bath tub as well. So the toilet can be kept clean and dry. The restaurants accommodated to our request for dishes off the menu. We were lucky that hotel shuttle services were available for the places that we want to go. Will stay there again.

The location - need to walk out a little. Bus timings - if you want to set off earlier as most shuttle services were from 10am.

Expensive but in essence rather poor experience - tons if better options in Macao.

Clean, relaxing, close to hirse races if you are interested.

The location is poor - there is nothing around. Although we booked for 5 they vharged extra for breakfast (only 2 included) and 1 bed. They missed to provide the breakfast voucher and did not allow even 5 minutes early check-in

Superb

A Real Gem On The Crown

This is our favourite place to stay when in Macau. The hotel is beautifully designed down to the air vent panels and coffee cups in the room. It is a little isolated and, therefore, is not over-run by tourists. Our room has a beautiful, open view of Hengqin (China) across the river. The jogging/cycling path along the river is not far from the hotel. The in-room facilities rivals any top-tier hotel. There is a one-time setup of drinks in the fridge and bath salts in a beautiful, functional bathroom with separate shower stall & toilet. There is an excellent Chinese restaurant and a good coffee shop (we have not tried the sushi place) as well as a convenience store in the hotel. The staff are generally friendly and accommodating. I cannot comment on the huge pool deck as we did not use it but it looks busy on weekends.

I personally find the room a bit dark at night and some of the USB wall outlets are broken. The shuttle bus schedules are infrequent, however, there is light rail station nearby which serves only Cotai. Taxis are hard to come by in extreme weather if one has a ferry or plane to catch.

Disappointing

pretty hotel but cleanliness and facility readiness needs improvement.

The general design was nice. The staff at the bar were really nice.

There was a blackout when I stayed, the room was completely dusty (can see dust on the glasses and cups in the room, the floors were dusty, could tell that the room was not cleaned or used for a while), paid a premium price for the biggest room and expected more of the cleanliness. one of the lights did not work as well. Did not really have service like a 5 star hotel.
