The experience can be described in one word, exceptional. The staff across all touch points provided exceptional service and friendliness, whether it be check in, house keeping, concierge and so forth. Special shout out to Rocky Yang who showed me the shuttle bus location and carried my bags all the way.

Cozy stay with exceptional service and friendly attitudes from the hotels staff.

The hotel was very clean and brightly-lit, from the lobby till the hotel room itself. Service at the hotel was also exceptionally great! We enjoyed the room service for dining and the hotels staff were all very friendly and detailed. They made sure to check that we were doing fine during our stay everyday. In particular, we appreciate the friendliness and excellent service provided by two of the front desk staffs Alex and Kary (if I did get their names right). They were very warm and friendly when we approached them for check-in upon arrival. They even went the extra mile to introduce to us the different places we could visit in Macau, as well as routes we could take to reach tourists attractions. It was also extra effort from them to provide us with an extra room card when they saw that there were 3 of us. Thank you Galaxy Macau! Looking forward to my next stay there!

Very disgusting. Nobody from the concierge can speak to us and explain what tool them so loong to return our lost item.

Location, casino and shops

Very poor service from the concierge esp Alice and Cally and kitty from security Ive waited for 3 1/2hours for our dior sunglasses to be retrieved from the lost and found. We almost missed our flight back to manila. We provided everything that they want. They didn't know the importance of their jobs.

Exceptional hotel with wonderful service and facilities worth to stay.

The staff, Elle, is very welcoming, friendly and caring. She arranged a delicious cake to celebrate our anniversary and asked about how we felt about the stay when we checked out. A nice room on higher floor with excellent view was arranged for us. The room is well-designed, very clean and tidy. There are plenty of free drinks and snacks provided in the room, which is a surprise to us.

From the moment we arrived we were impressed, we were greeted by Peter who assited us to check in and some good advice on attractions. The room was great, comfortable, great amenities and very clean. The over service over our stay was excellent nothing was too difficult. Very impressed.

Excellent rooms and super-helpful staff

The room is modern and fully equipped. The staff were exceptionally helpful. There are a multitude of dining facilities and shops on-site. Taxi was available any time I needed it.

The only thing I was missing was cotton ear buds in the vanity kit.
