Fantastic

Everything was amazing and we got upgraded for our anniversary by the lovely Claudia. The grand restaurant is so nice too, we dined there and the food was beautiful.

The only thing I would say was the room needed a mirror on the dressing table and a few more hangers.

Hotel room was nice.

Breakfast was at a sister hotel, it was good but inconvenient to cross the road for breakfast as my wife is disabled. It didnt mention this until after the booking.

Quite good but I wouldnt stay again

The room was nice and modern

The radiator didnt work in the bathroom and the heating wasnt much but at least we got a portable heater which was brought up to the room after we complained as it was a cold room

Have stayed here before and this stay fell below their usual good standards.

Central to where we needed.

Room had not been properly serviced. Surfaces not cleaned and floor not hoovered. Bathroom boiling hot but no heating in the actual bedroom. No hairdryer, I did ask for one, but they never brought it.

Relaxing stay just wish room was bigger and breakfast was better.

The girl on the desk at check in was amazing so friendly and kind. Bed comfy

Room was a little on the small side and bathroom, remote for tv was filthy luckily I bring wipes with me so I gave it a good clean. Staff at breakfast were rushed and didnt give us menu or let us know about what was on offer. Tables full of dirty plates and food was ok. Breakfast let the stay down.

Disappointing

Good hotel let down by volume of music from downstairs bar until 1am

Good location on Lord Street, clean room, comfy bed, nice bathroom, good shower pressure

Room was too hot, especially the bathroom. The main downside was the level of noise from the downstairs bar was so loud that I couldnt sleep (I even needed subtitles to watch the tv when I gave up trying to sleep because I couldnt hear the tv over the music from the bar). Music didnt stop until 1am.
