Great stay , would stay there again

Great location , rooms modern and spacious

Looked shabby on the outside on arrival , was a little concerned when we pulled up but it was fine inside

A lovely place very central to Lytham

Lovely food comfortable bed

Room 1 was at the back and noisy early morning with beer barrels being delivered .

Ideally located , rooms were clean and warm. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water

Enjoyable, comfortable and value for money stay

The room was very comfortable and clean and had a large wall mounted TV. The Bed was king size with clean bedding and pillows. We stayed for one night meeting friends in a local restaurant and was pleased how central the hotel was; so near to cafes, restaurants, shops and the promenade. Theres plenty of on street parking as the hotels car park is limited. The hotel Manager seemed to be Jack of all trades and very helpful.

location is literally the only ok thing.

hotel was dirty, loud, pub full of chavs, bed uncomfortable, breakfast cold, police arresting guests, just deeply, deeply uncomfortable.

Great for a night if your not fussed about a bit of noise.

It was in a great location and the staff were very attentive.

There is no lift to the rooms which makes things tricky if you have a lot of luggage it have any physical limitations. As its a pub, can be noisey when patrons are leaving.
