Great views and lovely breakfast

Beautiful room with several large windows for some lovely views and lots of freebies. Free breakfast buffet was well stocked and our host was kind enough to make us some nice coffees. Would absolutely stay here again!

Fab place for a grown -up winter weekend in Rye

The breakfast was fantastic; beautiful decor in reception and dining room; great location. Friendly staff; onsite parking; lovely products in the bathroom.

Shower was a bit on the small side and a little tired. But this is splitting hairs as the room was generally great

It was in a great location. Bathrobes and toiletries

The hotel is very tired looking and need updating. The door in the bedroom to the outside wouldnt open. There were cobwebs on the lights in the hallway, no functioning bar or restaurant or swimming pool. The bathroom door opens right into the toilet. There are rust marks around in the bathroom.

Lovely, cosy hotel in the middle of the city center. Very spacious rooms with a classical touch. The staff is very friendly. The hotel has its own parking space in the back. It is also wheelchair accessible.

Nice stay overall

Very friendly, welcoming staff. Great location, right in the heart of Rye. Added bonus was having the car park round the back. The decor in the room was nice, and it was a decent size despite being a "cosy" double. The bed was comfy.

The hotel itself is tired and in desperate need of some maintenance and TLC. So much dust too- the bathroom obviously hadn't been dusted for months. Shower wasn't very good.
