Very good

if you travel for work, its a nice place to stay.

the hotel location is near town and very easy for parking. also the staff is friendly and helpful.

the room is nice, just the floor a bit dirty like u can feel it gritty and dusty. maybe cleaning team have to mop the floor.

Very clean and tidy hotel

Clean. Comfortable. Quiet.

No free parking. It is a public car park so need to pay as usual. Also there is no guard at night to watch the car park. There's no cupboard in the room which is small.

Good place to stay outside Kuantan city.

parking is easy but you have to pay RM0.65 per hour which can be paid using tng eWallet. room is nice simple and comfortable for the 3 of us. Location is easy to get to and not in a crowded area. it has a lift, water pressure is high, room lighting is very good, security in and outside the hotel is good.

toilet looks clean but a little bit of urine smell at the toilet bowl. For Muslim you need to go about 3-6kms to find an eating place. for others, there are many Chinese restaurants that you go around or near the hotel.

the concept. Modern minimalist. Things are pretty new. Flooring and doors were sturdy and looked impressive

Small and trauma room. Hardly any space to move about - just one step from the bed to bathroom/toilet. The only open area was the space where the front door could swing right up to the wall. Cant even put down a prayer mat to perform the rituals. No cupboards, shelves to put things down. Not even a stirrer/spoon to stir the coffee
