THE KUMBHA BAGH @ Kumbhalgarh, RAJASTHAN

Superb Property and wonderful location. Luckily it rained a bit, making the atmosphere perfect for leisure stay. Polite and courteous staff. Clean, spacious rooms. Well maintained pool. Worth a stay for sure. Could be a great place for destination weddings too..

While the staff tried their best to deliver best possible food, we did experience stale food ( it actually was stinking badly ) a couple of times. May be because of low occupancy during the time of our stay. But food could be better. Especially for the kind of charges.

Stay Marred by Poor attitude of Managers & Staff.

Great view! Spacious rooms. Delicious food.

Check in and check out was messy. WiFi was bad. Room service staff were not paying attention and we're slow on 4 Sept, though they did very well on 3 Sept. Messages sent through booking.com portal were not responded to. Staff need training.

Overall good stay and very beautiful property however some things needs to be improved for the price that is being charg

Really beautiful and big property. Visually stunning and good for enjoying the outdoors and good for photos. The staff is very humble, welcoming and helpful. Overall facilities are good with a big pool, games area which has a snooker table, table tennis, carom and badminton. Please make the pool heated to improve useability. Else such a big space going for a waste as winter is the prime tourist time. The in house restaurant has good Indian food. We tried some continental starters which werent that great but the Indian food we had for breakfast and dinner was really good.

The price point of the hotel is also at higher end, hence given that price point few things fell short from the expectation and I will suggest improving these. First of all rooms and bathroom are built really well, however, their maintenance seem poor. The condition of the rooms and bathrooms was not great and bed linen, duvet and pillows seems very old and used. Drainage hole in my shower was blocked and water was draining really slow turning entire bathroom in a pool. Also, suggest using some fragrance in bathroom as it didnt smell very great. The wifi was also very slow and didnt work half of the time.

Location vise it is good.

The location is very nice and monsoon mornings are the best at that place. Garden is very beautiful.

Staff's behavior was very conditional. They were nice only at the time duration of the stay. They told us to check out at 10:30, even though the time was noted 12:00 pm online. Wi-Fi was not working and they have not even tried to make it work. Breakfast was very average.
