Never had any issues staying here !

Its location , cleanliness & friendly staff !!

On this occasion the lift was faulty . However I was made aware of this & offered any help I needed with luggage

We visited Swansea to meet up with a friend we have not see for a while. Mission accomplished!

Good location for people travelling with luggage. Good sized room and big bathroom.

For the price, nothing to fault.

Acceptable and reasonable and good location. Bar Man a little full of himself.

The room was cold and the flooring wasnt very welcoming or warm but I understand practicality. View as depressing!

View. Flooring in Bedroom Small Corner Shower Cubicle. Bed too soft and pillows and duvet didnt feel very good quality but cant complain for price.

Great job, all staff. Thanks for assistance including breakfast.

Staff were very friendly. All smiling and happy to give assistance. Will be back regularly as will be in Swansea often. Looking forward to using this hotel again.

Okay

Lots around to see and do. Breakfast hot and very tasty. Easy access to car park, would be hood if car park subsidised during stay.

No lift in operation - unable to be placed on first floor. Reception staff were grumpy and not very helpful. Very strong smell of damp close to our room. Very strong smell of air freshner as if trying to disguise something in reception and on stairway.
