Love the Georgian. The pluses outshine the minuses.

The elegance and convenience to The Fox and Public House, Mary Macs Tea Room, midtown attractions. Love the workout room on the Penthouse floor. Our room is always clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable.

The Pub downstairs is not equipped to handle much business. Twice we have gone by to eat and get a drink after a concert and there was NO WAY we were getting any attention from anyone. ONE waitress for a FULL house. Disappointing. Could be so cool and nice.

It was fine, but I would not stay again.

Beautiful hotel, 2 bd. suite was the perfect size for my family of three. Staff was friendly.

In-room services left much to be desired. We never got the blankets we requested twice, never got a hold of the concierge, and room service refused to serve us. With a child and me in a wheelchair, this was difficult, but my husband ended up having to make trips back and forth to the restaurants for our food and drinks each time. It was far from an ideal experience.

The staff were all kind, courteous and prompt.

Room 920 was better but still was not room for 6 women to sleep there. We were told we would be accommodated for 6 women and 2 of the beds are not even doubles but are only a full. The room however was absolutely an upgrade from room 512 which is a complete dump. I can not believe they have that as an available room. It was awful.

No ice, have to go outside to get coffee. Rooms supposed to be renovated and they are not. No light bulbs. The staff were awesome and that goes a long way. Tatiah and Johab, the other girl in charge were both very nice and responsive. Excellent customer service.

A beautiful property in the perfect location.

The hotel as always is beautiful and beautifully decorated for Christmas. It is the perfect location for attending an event at the Fox theater. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful all the way from the bell staff to the front desk to the restaurant. They worked hard to make our experience better. I got regular questions by text from the front desk and they fixed or attempted to fix all issues.

I realize it was a busy weekend but the bell/valet staff was incredibly overwhelmed, to the point that I was waiting 30 minutes+ for my car to be brought around. They were very professional and kind but it all took WAY too long.

I love that it was spacious and accommodating to my group of friends. The front desk was amazing and solved a concern with no issues

I wish we were told that we had to request simple dishes, glasses, pots, or pans in advance for our stay, which had a full kitchen in it. It's kind of weird. Took a long time to get any extra needs, but I understand it was a busy weekend as well
